Parish Activity Center
Queen of Apostles Parish Activity Center (PAC) is located at the corner of 34th and 4th Ave. It is a new facility, having opened in August 2000. The PAC accommodates a total of 400 people, which can be divided into 2 separate halls. The two halls are the PAC Social Hall and Great Hall.
The PAC Social Hall, which is next to the church, accommodates 100 people. It is carpeted with its own kitchen, restrooms and exterior entrance. The social hall is also used for extended worship space by opening the partitions between the hall and church.
The other hall, which is next to the social hall, is the PAC Great Hall. It accommodates 300 people. It has a tiled floor, restrooms, large kitchen, and two main entrances
The PAC's furnishings include new 66" round tables, 72" rectangular tables, and upholstered chairs. A cash bar managed by the Knights of Columbus is available.
The PAC has become a hub for numerous parish activities such as Religious Education programs; Baptism, First Communion, Confirmation receptions; meeting space for RCIA, Knights of Columbus, Serra, youth group (CREW); funeral luncheons; and gathering space for parish fundraisers.
Since the PAC has opened, we have facilitated the Omaha Symphony Chamber Orchestra's performance for 400 area kindergarteners and teachers. We are renting the great hall for the Omaha Symphony Orchestra's rehearsals.
The PAC is available for wedding receptions, 50th Wedding Anniversary parties, bridal showers, family reunions, club meetings, and any other of your hall rental needs.
